Conditions of Entry — Made Social

By booking and attending a Made Social event, you agree to the following.

Behaviour

Be decent to everyone in the room, other guests, staff, and the venue. Follow the guide’s instructions during the painting. We can ask anyone to leave without a refund if they’re being disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

Photos

We’ll sometimes take photos during the night for social media — you’re welcome to opt out on the night, just let us know. Feel free to take your own photos too, just be mindful of other guests who may not want to be in them.

Alcohol

• At the Wānaka Community Hub: BYO is welcome confirmed directly with the venue.

• At other venues: check your specific event listing. Where BYO isn’t confirmed, alcohol may only be available for purchase at the venue (if licensed), or may not be permitted at all.

• We DO NOT sell or supply alcohol ourselves.

• You must be the legal purchase age to bring or consume alcohol, and we reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who is intoxicated or underage.

• Drink responsibly. we want you painting straight lines, not spilling on your neighbour’s canvas.

Allergies & dietary needs If we’re providing any food or snacks, let us know your requirements ahead of time. We’ll do our best, but can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Our rights We can refuse entry or ask a guest to leave without a refund if these conditions aren’t followed.
